House rules

Welcome to Casa Kelran. Please respect our house rules and use our apartment in such a way that it remains in the state that you received it, so our future guest can enjoy it after your departure;
The house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise;
When the booking is cancelled less than seven (7) days in advance, 50% of the fee will be charged. Cancellation within 48 hours (or no-show) corresponds with 100% of the fee;
No refunds will be given for storms;
At point of booking we ask you to please let us know your approximate arrival time to ensure we are there to meet you;
Payment to be made by bank at least seven (7) days before arrival;
Check-in between 15h00 and 20h00, other time on demand. Check out at 12h00, when room is left later, an extra night will be charged unless otherwise agreed (we can be flexible);
No noise or music after 22h00, no parties;
No additional guest(s) without prior approval from management;
We accommodate children (from 12 years or older), the rule is what you break you pay. If the costs exceed the paid deposit, the remainder will be passed on;

We have a non-smoking house, smoking is only allowed in the smoking area in the garden;
Don't use the furniture while wearing wet/damp clothes;
Pets are not allowed;
Only use appliances for their intended uses;
You are staying in our private house, some storages we love to keep private, thank you for understanding;
There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the apartment, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house;
The property has a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged for the damage;
Laugh, love, enjoy and no-stress when you enter the house!;
